Refusal of Unauthorized Email Collection

Univera refuses the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website by means of email address harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please note that any violation is subject to criminal punishment under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the "Network Act").

Article 50-2 of the Network Act (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

  • ① No person shall collect email addresses from a website that explicitly states its refusal of email address collection by using a program that automatically collects email addresses or any other technical device.
  • ② No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
  • ③ No person shall use email addresses for transmitting information while knowing that their collection, sale or distribution is prohibited under paragraphs 1 and 2. Violations are punishable by a fine of up to KRW 10 million
