Univera sets quality standards from the product planning stage and systematically checks and manages each step, from raw material selection and production to finished product testing, shipping and customer feedback.

    We set standards for raw materials, ingredients, quality and safety according to each product's characteristics and relevant regulations.

    Raw material verification

    We check the origin, characteristics and safety data of raw materials, and select only those that meet set specifications.

    We check that production environments and key processes are properly managed according to each product's manufacturing procedures and quality standards.

    Testing & inspection

    We test raw materials and finished products for the required quality and safety parameters, and confirm that they meet standards.

    Release approval

    We review test results and related records, release only products that meet standards, and manage related information systematically.

    Acting on customer feedback

    We analyze the feedback and complaints customers submit after a product's launch, reflect them in product and service improvements, and examine root causes so the same problem does not recur.
